Chief Master Sergeant Jennie Bellerose is the Command Chief for the 194th Wing, Camp Murray, Washington Air National Guard. As the Command Chief, she serves as the senior enlisted adviser to the wing commander on all issues regarding the welfare, readiness, morale, and proper utilization of more than 800 enlisted force members. Chief coordinates with the Chief’s Council to improve and inform the enlisted force, she is the functional manager for subordinate units’ First Sergeants, and she advocates enlisted issues through the State Command Chief Master Sergeant.
Chief Bellerose enlisted into the Washington Army National Guard as an administrative specialist in December 1989. She supported Counter Drug Task Force holding the positions as an Intelligence Analyst and Drug Demand Reduction Mentor. In 1999, she enlisted into the Washington Air National Guard as an Aero Space Warning and Control Apprentice with the Western Air Defense Sector. During her tenure, she was deployed in support of Operation Noble Eagle. She transitioned from the Aerospace Warning and Control Apprentice career field to Personnel in 2007 and later became the Personnel Superintendent at Western Air Defense Sector. She has since served as the 194th Force Support Squadron Superintendent, 194th Wing, and the Washington Air National Guard Representative to the Enterprise Process Improvement Team with the Washington State Military Department. Prior to her current position, she was the Military Personnel Management Officer, Washington Air National Guard, Camp Murray, Washington.
